I listen and connect with my clients. I believe active listening supports in creating therapeutic rapport with the client, which is the key to success in therapy. I provide a safe and non-judgmental environment to help you uncover negative beliefs that carried to present time. I support your healing journey to regain your power and find your way back to loving self.
Over the years, I have developed a unique style of combining Eastern alternative healing methods and Western therapy modalities. My training includes holistic and mindful approaches, Yoga, Essential oils, Expressive art therapy, Positive psychology, CBT, Narrative therapy, Psychodynamic therapy, Family system therapy, and Play therapy. I utilize various therapeutic modalities to fit your goal and individual needs. I am also a certified yoga teacher and utilize breathing techniques and gentle body movement to help you deepen your body and mind connection. Another unique aspect of my practice is offering aromatherapy. I have an aromatherapy diploma and love to incorporate essential oils in my treatment.
The second mission of ACP is celebrating diversity and inclusion. We focus on increasing awareness about how discrimination and injustice impact our mental health. There are many people suffering from racism, sexism, immigrant issues and identity crisis, discrimination against sexual minority and disabled people in Japan. ACP continues to educate the community and offer safe space for people from all backgrounds.
